Nowadays, new baseball gloves cost a minimum of $60. As a parent, if I knew I could get my child’s glove re-stitched for half that, it would simply make more financial sense.
Fun fact: A.G. Spalding was a pitcher who started Spalding Sports Worldwide; the company which, in 1876, produced the world's very first Major League baseball!
